During our initial consultation, we will discuss your current processes, challenges, and goals to determine the right level of support for your business. To provide an accurate quote and recommend the best solutions, I will review your current QuickBooks account and request the most recent three months of bank statements to evaluate your bookkeeping needs.

The services and pricing below are provided as a starting guideline, but every package can be customized to fit your business size, complexity, and level of support needed. My goal is to provide flexible bookkeeping solutions that give you accurate financial information, peace of mind, and more time to focus on growing your business.

Billing & Payment Policy

Monthly bookkeeping services will be billed on the 25th of each month for that month’s services. Clients are required to enroll in automatic draft payments, and bookkeeping services will not begin until payment has been received.

Example: January bookkeeping invoice will be issued on January 25th for January services. Payment must be completed before monthly bookkeeping work for January transactions will be performed.

Failure to make timely payments may delay processing, reporting, and financial updates, which could potentially impact tax filings and compliance requirements.

Clients are responsible for all additional expenses related to their business operations, including accounting software subscriptions, bank or credit card processing fees, and any required filing fees. These costs are separate from monthly bookkeeping service fees.

Simple Bookkeeping Package — Appx $300/month

Designed for small businesses with straightforward bookkeeping needs. This package is ideal for businesses with one primary bank account and approximately 100–200 monthly transactions. Services include keeping your financial records organized, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate books so you have the information you need to make informed business decisions. 

 Essentials Bookkeeping Package — Appx $600/month

Designed for growing small businesses that need more comprehensive bookkeeping support and regular financial oversight. This package is ideal for businesses with approximately 200–300 monthly transactions and may include multiple checking accounts, loans, or credit card accounts requiring monthly reconciliation. Services may also include sales tax reporting and filing to help keep your business compliant and your financial records accurate. With organized, up-to-date books, you’ll have the information needed to better understand your business performance and make confident financial decisions.  

 Advanced Bookkeeping Package — Appx $1,500/month

Designed for established businesses with more complex financial needs and higher transaction volumes. This package is ideal for businesses with 300+ monthly transactions, multiple bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and additional financial accounts requiring detailed tracking and reconciliation. Services may include monthly or quarterly sales tax reporting and filing, state and federal payroll tax support, W-2 and 1099 processing, workers’ compensation insurance audit reporting, and other customized financial services. Our goal is to provide accurate, timely financial information and the support you need to stay organized, compliant, and focused on growing your business.
